Jumpy World

Jumpy World is a fun casual competitive game with online multiplayer support for up to 4 players. Right now it offers 4 maps, each with its distinct game mode, where players compete against each other by completing tasks and scoring points. At the end of the game, the player with the most points wins.

The game was made using Unreal Engine 5.

Multiplayer instructions

To use the game's multiplayer feature the easiest way would be to use a VPN software, such as Hamachi, and create a virtual group which all players join. It can also be done with port-forwarding on you router, but it requires some more technical knowledge and it might not be as safe.

Once you are ready to set up a game, one player will need to host it by choosing the "Host game" option in the main menu. They can select the maps that they wish to play and then press the "Create" button. Now the other players can join in by choosing the "Join game" option in the main menu and entering the hosting player's IP address (if you are using Hamachi, you enter the IPv4 address of the Hamachi group).

The players will now join a lobby in which they can choose their character. The different characters provide no gameplay advantage and are just a way to distinguish players from one another. When all the players choose a character, the host can start the game.
